No other profession has it's personal meet strangers in empty houses. This can leave real estate professionals extremely vulnerable to attack or worse. Emmaus Defense has developed a self-defense program specifically for the unique needs of real estate professionals. This is a 3 day, 9 hour empty hand self-defense class. This class includes situational awareness to avoid or diffuse threats and the building up of empty handed self-defense skills that will give a real estate professional a fighting chance if attacked. This is scheduled across three 1/2 days in the middle of the week to avoid agent's most valuable weekly times. The class culminates with each student fighting off the instructor wearing a red man suit, which will allow them to know what a real self-defense fight would be like. The skills and confidence that this builds are invaluable. This class is equally valuable whether the agent is armed or unarmed. A professional practice video to allow you to practice some of the moves you are taught is included in the price. Cost is $180.00 per person for all three days and includes the professional video. A deposit of $90.00 is due at registration. WE WILL GLADLY GIVE A REFUND FOR CANCELATION WITH 72 HOURS (3 DAYS NOTICE) OF THE CLASS. IF YOU CANCEL WITH LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE, WE CAN MOVE YOUR DEPOSIT ONCE. AFTER THAT, YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED.
