Welcome to Emmaus Defense's Class Schedule page. We do all of our classroom training in the Berwick area of Savannah and our shooting portion of the classes is done at 17 South Rod & Gun Club where we teach in tactical bays that are 360 degrees and allow for tactical training as well as basic training for beginners. Whether you are looking for training with your concealed carry firearm, firearms training for a beginner, or advanced training with your pistol, rifle, or shotgun, we have a class for you. Our basic classes for new shooters offer all of the fundamentals and basics for beginning shooters. They cover the basics of ammunition, marksmanship, and functions of the firearm. The intermediate classes offer drills and information appropriate for those who are already familiar with and have experience with the firearms platform. The advanced classes offer advanced drills that will include shooting under pressure and movement. They also offer an in depth look into the laws of using, storying, and defending yourself with these firearms platforms. The mini range classes offer a way to continue to train and improve your skills. We offer beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels in these platforms as well in order accommodate all levels of experience for our students. If you are not sure what your experience level is, please feel free to call us and we can help guide you to the appropriate class. If you are a Sheriff's Department or an active duty Law Enforcement Officer, please call us to schedule training for your group. We can help with your pistol qualifying on an individual basis or we can train a group from your department. We have a 100% pass rate for all officers who have trained with us, and it is common to see a 40 to 50 point increase in your qualifying score when you work with us. 

For self-defense classes, we offer Basic Pistol, (CCW (Concealed Carry Weapons), PPITH (Personal Protection in the Home), and PPOTH (Personal Protection Outside the Home). All of these classes build on the skills learned in the previous class.
