About the Event

This class is for the person who is already carrying a concealed pistol, or someone who has a pistol and is considering the concealed carry lifestyle. If you are relatively new to shooting, you will want to start with the NRA Basics of Pistol Shooting Class and then graduate to this class once you have the proper safety and fundamentals under your belt. In this CCW Class, you will learn the rules of engagement, the ways to carry, how to draw from a holster, and how to engage multiple targets as well as targets that are charging you. This is a very robust class that has a tremendous amount of content in it. It combines many of the elements of the NRA Defensive Pistol Class and the NRA Personal Protection Outside the Home (PPOTH) all in one venue. Violent attacks are frequently sudden and develop with incredible speed. The CCW course will begin to build the skill sets that will allow you to gain the time and distance that will be required to get your concealed carry pistol into the fight. Without this as minimum training, you are not safer because you carry a pistol; in fact, you may be in more danger

COST OF CLASS:

$185.00 per person

$165.00 per person if coming as a couple or as a returning student

*$85.00 deposit due at registration

25% off for active duty military or law enforcement discount

**The deposit is refundable or transferrable as long as you cancel with 72 hours notice. If you cancel within the 72 hours, we can transfer you to another date one time. If you fail to show up the day of class or are more than 20 minutes late, barring SERIOUS illness, you will lose your deposit.
