Emmaus Defense has developed a self-defense program specifically for the unique needs of all women. This class is equally valuable whether the agent is armed or unarmed. A professional practice video to allow you to practice some of the moves you are taught is included in the price.
By the end of the class, you will be able to:
1. Understand the importance of situational awareness.
2. Properly strike a target using elbows, knees, fist, and open hand.
3. Properly block a blow.
4. Properly get out of a choke hold from the front and from behind.
5. Get an attacker off of you from the ground.
6. Fight off the instructor when he attacks you using a red man suit (depending upon the class).
